Benefits of membership include twice-yearly journal Herts Past & Present and News & Events leaflet, the opportunity to be included in our online Speakers List, members' rate at our Annual Symposium and discount on books from Hertfordshire Publications. Individual and joint members with email addresses receive a digital copy of the journal; they can also choose to have a hard copy posted to them.
Throughout 2024, members received our newsletter produced especially for this 75th anniversary year. A copy of our January 2024 newsletter can be found on our 75th anniversary page. From January 2025 membership rates are as follows:
Individual membership £14 for a digital copy of the journal; £20 for a hard copy of the journal.
Joint membership £17 for a digital copy of the journal; £23 for a hard copy of the journal.
(two members in a household who are prepared to share mailings and a copy of the journal)
Local History Societies etc £28 (receive both digital and hard copy of the journal).
